We are not a septic company, not a plumber, not an installer, and not a public health or environmental authority. We do not perform pumping, inspections, repairs, or installations.

Who can use the service

You may use Leachstead only for lawful purposes and only if you are at least 18 years old or are using the service with the involvement of a parent, guardian, or other authorized adult.

You agree that the information you submit will be truthful, current, and reasonably complete. That includes things like:

• Your property location or service address
• The septic problem you are dealing with
• Timing, access, and other job details you choose to share

Please do not send sensitive financial information through our forms or messages. We do not ask for bank account numbers, credit card numbers, or similar payment credentials to provide matching.

What Leachstead does, and does not, do

Leachstead collects basic request details and shares them with one or more independent septic service providers so they can contact you about your project.

Our role is limited to information and matching. That means:

• We do not employ the septic pros we may match you with.
• We do not supervise or control their work.
• We do not set their prices.
• We do not promise that any provider will accept your job.
• We do not guarantee availability, response time, workmanship, permits, licensing status, inspection results, or outcomes.

Any agreement for septic pumping, inspection, repair, replacement, or other work is between you and the provider you choose.

Septic work often requires permits and properly licensed or certified professionals. You are responsible for verifying the contractor's license, insurance, permit requirements, and your local health department rules before work starts. You can read more in our Disclaimer.

Consent to contact you

When you submit a form, call us, or otherwise request help, you agree that Leachstead and the septic service providers we share your request with may contact you about your request.

That contact may happen by:

• Text message
• Email

By submitting your information, you expressly consent to receive these communications, including by automated technology or prerecorded message where allowed by law, at the phone number or email address you provide. Your consent is for contact about your request for service, matching, scheduling, and related follow-up.

How your information is used

To provide the service, we collect only the information we need to understand your request and try to connect you with a local provider. This usually includes contact details and problem details. We may share that information with independent septic pros, service partners, or vendors that help us operate the site and matching process.

We do not need financial account numbers to match you with a pro, and you should not submit them through our forms.

Quotes, pricing, and decisions

Any price you receive from a septic pro is their quote, not ours. Content on Leachstead may mention typical ranges, not quotes. Actual cost depends on the problem, the system, access, soil, permits, parts, labor, and local conditions.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving any estimate, scope of work, timeline, and invoice before hiring a provider. We strongly encourage you to:

1. Get written quotes.
2. Confirm what is included before work starts.
3. Ask who pulls permits, if needed.
4. Verify license and insurance yourself.
5. Keep copies of inspection reports, pumping records, and invoices.

Acceptable use of the site

You agree not to misuse Leachstead. For example, you may not:

• Submit false, misleading, or impersonated requests
• Use the site to harass, spam, or threaten others
• Interfere with the site, forms, or security features
• Copy, scrape, or reuse site content for commercial purposes without permission
• Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access

No warranties, limitation of liability, and changes

Leachstead provides information and matching on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make warranties about the accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness of the site or any provider you may hear from.
